How To Prepare For Judiciary Exams in 2022 | How To Prepare For Judicial services in 2022 | How To Prepare For CIVIL JUDGE in 2022 |MP CJ 2022 | MP CIVIL JUDGE 2022

JUDICIAL SERVICES / JUDICIARY is such a pious exam to be thought about. This exam is not all about preparing and getting selected. This exam is beyond this because after selection you will be there to deliver justice. And this is the biggest responsibility you can ever have. Your judgments will be valid Not only for your lifetime but they will be alive forever.

Ask yourself some questions

  1. Are you ready to grind yourself?
  2. Do you want to do this because u want or doing because it’s trending?
  3. You are attracted to money or respect?
  4. Are you patient enough to wait?
  5. Will you be able to manage consistency?

Stages of Judiciary Exams:

The Judicial Services Exams are conducted in three stages. They are:

  1. Preliminary Examination: Objective type questions (MCQ)
  2. Mains Examination: Subjective type question (SCQ)
  3. Personal Interview: Evaluate your qualities, prompt expertness, decision-making, etc

When should one start preparing for the judiciary?  / What is the Correct time –

It’s never too early and it’s never too late. Start only when you are ready with all your heart and Mind.

What is the time required to prepare for the judiciary-

Always remember you are unique. Your abilities and strength are different. Try not to compare yourself with others. some took 10 years to clear the exam and some need 10 months but on average 6 months to 1 year is sufficient to prepare and clear any exam.

Is the civil judge exam easy?

The answer is Yes and also No. Easy for those who prepared and performed well. Tough for those who didn’t.

Can I clear my Judiciary exam without coaching?

Yeah !!! it is attainable you can clear the judiciary without coaching, but in that case, you have to be disciplined and consistent. But I would prefer that you should prepare with someone’s guidance because understanding the law is something tough. After all, the terminology used in the bare acts is tricky then you should find a good mentor.

GENERAL TIP:-

Preparation for judiciary should not be done sequentially, that preparing first for prelims and after the result of prelims one will start preparing for the mains

PREPARATION of  Judiciary should be holistic. You should focus on mains first because it will automatically cover your 80 percent syllabus rest 20 percent can be covered by solving MCQs. also, you have to adapt yourself as a judicial officer like trying to change some habits for example you should stop negative thinking, judging people without knowing their story so such things would help you for the interview for sure. It will also change your thinking pattern.

HOW TO SELECT THE STATE FOR JUDICIARY-

Key factors while selecting state-

  1. Pattern

2. Language

3. subjects

But I would advise please focus on one or two-state that’s it. Please don’t annoy yourself by preparing for more exams. This would lead to massive demotivation.

  5. Don’t revise, just recall (There is a huge difference between revise and recall. You revise while having a book in your hand, you recall without having a book and you can revise those facts that you are unable to recall.
  6. Eliminate extra chaos, while preparing doesn’t focus on what to read, do focus on what not to read. (Example- section 30 to 137 of the negotiable instrument is of no use for judicial aspirants except 5 to 6 sections.)

  8. Solve at least 1000 to 1200 objectives per day before 1 month of the big day.
